Președintele Asociației de Dezvoltare Intercomunitară Judetul Satu Mare, Dl. Pataki Csaba, și administratorul firmei declarate câștigătoare în urma finalizării procedurii de achiziție, au semnat contractul de furnizare a containerelor sanitare în cadrul proiectului „Incluziunea socială și abilitarea romilor din Județul Satu Mare”. Firma care a câștigat licitația are la dispoziție 120 de zile pentru a livra și instala containerele sanitare, valoarea contractului de achiziție fiind de 795.000 de lei plus TVA.
Livrarea și montarea containerelor sanitare se va realiza în următoarele localități: Orașul Tășnad (cartierele Sărăuad și Cervechi), orașul Ardud (cartier romi), precum și 7 sate din județul Satu Mare: Stîna (comuna Socond), Pelișor (comuna Lazuri), Irina (comuna Andrid), Cidreag (comuna Porumbești), Atea (comuna Dorolț), Santău (comuna Santău), Turulung (comuna Turulung). Fiecare comunitate va beneficia de 1 set containere sanitare (1 container bărbați și 1 container femei), complet dotat cu dușuri, chiuvete, toalete, mașini de spălat și uscător rufe.
Proiectul „Incluziunea socială și abilitarea romilor din Județul Satu Mare” are ca obiectiv principal creșterea incluziunii și abilitarea romilor din județul Satu Mare, prin furnizarea de servicii integrate pentru 1300 persoane provenind din familii aflate în situații de vulnerabilitate (dintre care 1250 de etnie romă) și prin creșterea capacității autorităților publice locale din 10 comunități sătmărene de a acționa eficient pentru incluziunea socială a acestora.
Proiectul este finanțat prin Programul „Dezvoltare locală, reducerea sărăciei și creșterea incluziunii romilor”, Granturile SEE și Norvegiene 2014-2021, apelul de proiecte “Creșterea incluziunii și abilitarea romilor” şi de Guvernul României. Valoarea totală eligibilă a proiectului este de 4.414.864,62 Lei, din care 3.752.634,93 Lei reprezintă Granturi SEE și Norvegiene și 662.229,69 Lei reprezintă cofinanțare publică.
HU: Aláírták tíz közösségi fürdő vásárlására vonatkozó szerződést
Pataki Csaba, a Szatmár Megyei Közösségek Közötti Fejlesztési Egyesület elnöke és a nyertes cég ügyintézője a közbeszerzési eljárás lezárását követően aláírta a „Romák társadalmi felzárkóztatása és szerepvállalása Szatmár megyében” című projekt keretében szaniter konténerek szállítására vonatkozó szerződést. A pályázaton nyertes cégnek 120 napja van a szaniter konténerek leszállítására és felszerelésére, a beszerzési szerződés értéke 795.000 lej plusz áfa.
A közösségi fürdőket az alábbi településeken szerelik be: Tasnád város (Tasnádszarvad és a város Cserveg negyede), Erdőd város, valamint Szatmár megye 7 faluja: Felsőboldád (Szokond község), Kispeleske (Lázári község), Hirip (Szatmárpálfalva község), Iriny (Érdendréd község), Csedreg (Kökényesd község), Atya (Pusztadaróc község), Tasnádszántó (Tasnádszántó község), Túrterebes (Túrterebes község). Minden közösség egy közösségi fürdőt kap (1 férfi és 1 női konténer), zuhanyzóval, mosdókagylóval, WC-vel, mosógéppel és szárítóval teljesen felszerelve.
A „Romák társadalmi befogadása és szerepvállalása Szatmár megyében” című projekt fő célja a romák társadalmi befogadásának és szerepvállalásának növelése Szatmár megyében, 1300 veszélyeztetett helyzetben lévő családból származó személy (ebből 1250 roma) számára nyújtott integrált szolgáltatások révén, valamint a helyi hatóságok kapacitásának növelése 10 szatmári közösségben, hogy hatékonyan tudjanak fellépni a romák társadalmi befogadása érdekében.
A projektet a „Helyi fejlesztés, szegénységcsökkentés és a romák integrációja” program, az EGT és a Norvég Alap 2014-2021, a „A romák integrációjának és szerepvállalásának növelése” című pályázati felhívás és a román kormány finanszírozza. A projekt teljes támogatható értéke 4.414.864,62 lej, amelyből 3.752.634,93 lej EGT és Norvég Alap, 662.229,69 lej pedig állami társfinanszírozás.

The President of the Satu Mare Intercommunity Development Association, Mr. Pataki Csaba, and the administrator of the company declared the winner following the completion of the procurement procedure, signed the contract for the supply of sanitary containers within the project „Social inclusion and empowerment of Roma from Satu Mare County”. The company that won the auction has 120 days to deliver and install the sanitary containers, the value of the purchase contract being 795,000 lei plus VAT.
The delivery and installation of the sanitary containers will be carried out in the following localities: Tașnad city (Sărăuad and Cervechi districts), Ardud city (Roma district), as well as 7 villages in Satu Mare county: Stîna (Socond commune), Pelișor (Lazuri commune), Irina (Andrid commune), Cidreag (Porumbești commune), Atea (Dorolț commune), Santău (Santău commune), Turulung (Turulung commune). Each community will benefit from 1 set of sanitary containers (1 male container and 1 female container), fully equipped with showers, sinks, toilets, washing machines and clothes dryers.
The project „Social inclusion and empowerment of Roma from Satu Mare County” has as its main objective the increase of inclusion and empowerment of Roma from Satu Mare County, by providing integrated services for 1300 people from families in vulnerable situations (of which 1250 are Roma) and by increasing the capacity of local public authorities in 10 rural communities to act effectively for their social inclusion.
The project is financed by the Program „Local development, poverty reduction and increasing inclusion of Roma”, EEA and Norwegian Grants 2014-2021, the call for projects „Increasing inclusion and empowering Roma” and by the Government of Romania.
