Labor mediation

Job mediation is the activity through which people from the target group will be supported to get a job. One of the support tools used for this purpose is the electronic platform laboro, a virtual meeting place between employers in Satu Mare County and young people from disadvantaged groups looking for a job. The information, counseling and mediation activities are carried out mainly through thematic group meetings, in which the steps to be carried out in order to find a job are presented - self-assessment, personal development elements, job identification, professional portfolio, presentation at the job interview. There are also several one-to-one sessions to discuss all relevant aspects of employment in detail.

Participants in employment mediation are mainly young people over 16.
